Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and inspected within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day. Processing time may be slightly longer during peak sale seasons.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed:
- USA, UK, Europe: 7–15 business days
- Canada, Australia: 8–18 business days
- Other regions: 10–25 business days
Delays may happen due to customs clearance, local postal service, weather or global logistics issues.
Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is calculated based on item weight, size and destination. The shipping price will be shown at checkout before payment. We may run free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to the activity rules on the website.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not cover any customs or import tax costs. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking number. You can track your shipment on our Order Tracking page. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after leaving our warehouse.
Undeliverable Packages
If packages are returned to us due to wrong address, recipient refusal or failed delivery, customers are responsible for return and reshipping fees. If you request a refund for returned packages, only product cost will be refunded, original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or damaged on arrival. You need to provide your order number, tracking number and photos/videos for verification. We will help investigate and arrange reshipment or refund case by case.
